
Consignment Policy
Bella Galleria prices merchandise based on supply and demand and we endeavor to
get the best possible price for you. When you bring your items in to consign them, we select what our customers want to buy. Sometimes there will be items we cannot sell. Please understand that customer preference must be the criteria for our selection guidelines.
1. We will display your items for a period of 3 and 1/2 months.
2. 50/50 Split
3. After 1 month items will be reduced by 20%.After 2 months items will be reduced by 30%.After 3 months items will be reduced by 40%.
4. Checks are issued on the 15th of each month. Upon request, your check can be mailed for an additional $2.00.
If you would like to retrieve any unsold items, please do so as soon as the agreement period is over. If unsold items are not retrieved once the agreement expires, they become the property of Bella Galleria and will be donated to a charitable organization.

Furniture Policy
When you consign furniture at Bella Galleria keep in mind sales associates are UNABLE to assist you in moving your items in and out of the store.
Approval Policy
We are pleased to offer a Sale on Approval option for certain pieces. In the event that the item doesn’t work in your home, we ask that you return it to Bella Galleria within two business days. Items not returned shall be deemed accepted and we will process your preferred payment method.
Return Policy
As a consignment store, we have to work within certain parameters. We regret not being able to accept returns or exchanges, so we ask that you make your selections carefully.
We can arrange pick-up or delivery of your furniture.The fees are 70.00 per hour,with a one hour minimum.
